Cosy atmosphere and cosy room with a kingsize bed...

It was ideal and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with attentive staff and incredible location in a converted bank building. The food in the Michelin-starred restaurant was excellent and fantastic. I didn't want to say goodbye and will be back.

The Michelin-star restaurant served exquisite dishes. The hotel's unique character, being a beautifully renovated former bank, added a fascinating historical element to my trip. I found the breakfast price a bit steep at €28 per person.

easy access to parks and iconic landmarks

I really enjoyed my weekend strolls since it was a short distance to great spots like the fine Museum Mayer van den Bergh and the beautiful Beguinage, made my days filled with exploration and relaxation in the parks nearby. Not to mention, the breakfast was one of the best I've had.

We stayed for one night in a cozy room and absolutely loved the exquisite restaurant menu and eye-catching plating. The breakfast was top-notch too, with perfect flavors. Absolutely coming back!

The lobby welcomes you with a good scent and abundant natural light. The air conditioning in our room was a lifesaver in the heat, and we appreciated the pillow mist provided for a relaxing sleep.

Although the overall experience was great, I felt the dining options could use more variety.

While I appreciated the aesthetic of my room, I found the size disappointing for a Beautiful room, feeling a bit cramped with limited headroom in the eaves. The absence of a wardrobe was annoying, and with poor lighting throughout, it. Underfloor heating issues in the bathroom meant it was quite cold, which detracted from comfort. Wi-Fi connectivity also left a lot to be desired, with intermittent connectivity that got in the way of my plans.

The cozy room with its elegant décor really exceeded my expectations, especially with the awesome breakfast that included fresh pastries and eggs made to order. The staff were very accommodating.

Staying at Franq was a delight! The hotel's historical charm captivated me, reflecting its former life as a bank. Breakfast offered fresh, local delights. Some noise from the hallways disrupted the serene stay occasionally. A nice experience steeped in culture.

Oh, you can't miss the sumptuous breakfast that's practically a buffet of delights! The fresh breads and eggs made to order were divine! Plus, feasting outside in the serene garden was a cherry on top. And can we talk about the beautiful architecture of this former bank? It adds serious charm to your stay.

One little thing, the grout in the shower could use a scrub. Just a tiny touch-up would make it shine even brighter.
